IT Asset Management Foundation (ITAM) - Inclusief Examen
Deze 2-daagse IT Asset Management foundation cursus biedt een introductie in IT Asset Management (ITAM) en is bedoeld voor iedereen die nieuw is met ITAM. Van IT-beheerders met een operationele focus tot de CFO met een budgettaire verantwoordelijkheid. De deelnemers zullen in staat zijn om het concept en het doel van ITAM te begrijpen en hoe ITAM hun organisatie ten goede kan komen. Bovendien zullen de deelnemers inzicht krijgen in de licentiecomplexiteit met betrekking tot IT-operaties in termen van software- en hardware-updates en -aankopen.
IT ASSET MANAGEMENT (ITAM) vormt een belangrijk element in een bedrijfsstrategie die kostenbeheersing, risicoverlaging en verbeterde bedrijfswaarde mogelijk maakt in de IT asset lifecycle, inclusief alle aspecten van hardware en software die in een organisatie worden gebruikt.
Een belangrijk aandachtspunt van het trainingsprogramma is het uitbreiden van de workflow en het definiëren van de belangrijkste rollen binnen de ITAM disciplines over de financiële, contractuele en inventaris afdelingen heen, alsmede het benadrukken van de cultuurverandering die daaruit kan voortvloeien voor eindgebruikers in een IT omgeving. De ITAM Foundation Course is gebaseerd op Service Management best practices en de ISO standaarden (ISO 55000 en 19770), en introduceert de deelnemers aan het ITAM werkkader in termen van IT governance en optimalisatie van de IT Assets van aanschaf tot afstoting.
Het trainingsprogramma behandelt de vier belangrijkste ITAM gebieden en hun interactie in relatie tot contract management, compliance, informatie beveiliging, kostenbeheersing en IT business waarde: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) (inclusief Mobile devices) Software Asset Management (SAM) Services en Cloud Asset Management People (SEAM) en Information Asset Management (inclusief Bring Your Own Device).
Deze cursus omvat het examen voor de certificering van ITAM.org
This 2-day IT Asset Management foundation course provides an introduction to IT Asset Management (ITAM) and is aimed at anyone new to ITAM. Furthermore, the participants will achieve an understanding of the licensing complexities related to IT operations in terms of software and hardware updates and acquisitions.
IT ASSET MANAGEMENT (ITAM) forms an important element in a business strategy enabling cost control, risk reduction and improved business value in the IT asset lifecycle, including all aspects of hardware and software used in an organisation.
A main focus of the training program is to expand upon the workflow and define the key roles within the ITAM disciplines across financial, contractual, inventory departments as well as highlighting the culture-change that could ensue for end-users in an IT environment. The ITAM Foundation Course is based on Service Management best practices and the ISO standards (ISO 55000 and 19770), introducing the participants to the ITAM work frame in terms of IT governance and optimization of the IT Assets from procurement through to disposal.
The training program will cover the four key ITAM areas and their interaction in relation to contract management, compliance, information security, cost control and IT business value: Hardware Asset Management (including Mobile devices) Software Asset Management Services and Cloud Asset Management People and Information Asset Management (including Bring Your Own Device).
This course includes the exam for the certification from ITAM.org
